Founder of I Hear You Productions Inc., Karen Fishman took her business degree, marketing background and combined them with her observations and experience managing the talent relations aspect of projects in the interactive industry. Karen saw a need for independent leadership of cross-disciplinary teams. She identified the opportunity and built a firm with everything you need to turn team distraction into action.
Karen Fishman is a veteran Warner Bros. employee, having worked on the Warner Bros. lot for almost fifteen years. After a brief stint at Fox, Karen joined the WB team doing feature film publicity in 2001 and parlayed her experience working with talent to Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. During her tenure with the Interactive division, Karen oversaw casting, music licensing and talent relations for some of the studio’s biggest brands: Batman, Harry Potter, Mortal Kombat and LEGO titles. Karen transitioned to Warner Bros. Post Production Services to launch Warner Bros. Game Audio where she oversaw all video game audio management, business development and execution of services for Warner Bros. Game Audio.
A native New Yorker, Karen spent four years in the Business School at the University of Arizona before completing her journey west to settle in Los Angeles. An avid competitive tennis player, you can usually find Karen on the court when she’s not at work!
